Completely updated in 2023, enjoy 4 King bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds (1 bunk bed) and 3.5 bathrooms. Sleep an additional 2 on the sleeper couch in the Living Room. This home is the perfect retreat for large families or groups of friends.
3 of these bedrooms have their own private bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for each guest. In addition, 2 of these bedrooms are Gulf Front, offering mesmerizing views of the sparkling waters and creating a truly immersive beachfront experience.
The Scenic Dune gives you a genuine beach lifestyle experience, regardless of the season. No dragging luggage through hot condotel parking lots and lobbies. No crossing highways with a baby stroller and cooler to get to the beach.
Park at your front door. Throw your bags in a closet. And walk out to your beach backyard.

Being a native Floridian, I've explored almost every major beach in the state. However, it was during my first visit to Miramar Beach (Destin) that I completely fell head over heels for its soft, white sands and the glistening emerald waters of the Gulf. Ever since then, my mission has been to share this coastal paradise with others. Your utmost vacation experience is my top priority. Our Gulf-front townhome features four bathrooms, each with its own unique design and amenities. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and complimentary starter toiletries for your convenience. The first-floor bathroom is conveniently located near the balcony access, perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. The second floor hosts one half bathroom, for use when in the common areas. On the third floor, you'll find two en-suite bathrooms. The third-floor master bathroom is truly luxurious, with a spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity. The second en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination, perfect for washing the kids! |

Three out of the four bedrooms boast their own en-suite bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay.
