The GLAM Destin Website, Guest Portal and Web Interface (the "Service") is owned and operated by GLAM Destin, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, using our guest application, or interacting with our automated tools, you ("Host" or "Guest," jointly referred to as "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

GLAM Destin provides luxury vacation rental management. This web interface and guest portal allow primary booking holders ("Hosts") to view reservation details, manage check-in instructions, review property guides, and invite accompanying travelers ("Guests") to access trip-related information.

2. User Accounts and Verification

To access a booking, you must verify your identity using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via email or SMS text message. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete contact information.
• Maintain the security of your temporary access credentials.
• Promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your reservation details.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms (Carrier Compliance)

By providing your phone number and clicking "Send Code" or otherwise opting into our communications, you explicitly consent to the following program terms:

• Program Description: GLAM Destin sends transactional text messages containing online access invitations and system verification codes (OTPs). No marketing or promotional content will be sent via this SMS program.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency is User-triggered, and varies based on your interactions with the Service (typically 1 to 2 messages per verification or access request).
• Carriers and Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our messaging number, and you will receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To log back in or regain access, you can utilize email verification instead, or you will need to text START to re-subscribe.
• Support (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at reservations@glamdestin.com.

4. Inviting Guests

The portal allows Hosts to grant portal access to Guests by entering their email addresses or phone numbers. By inputting a Guest's contact details, the Host represents and warrants that they have obtained explicit, prior consent from that Guest to share their information and to receive automated operational messages from GLAM Destin. Guests must explicitly opt in to access the portal, or may Opt-Out. GLAM Destin acts solely as a technical processing proxy and handles Guest data in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the web interface or guest portal to:

• Input fraudulent, inaccurate, or unauthorized phone numbers or email addresses.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of our Cloudflare infrastructure, servers, or database connections.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to reservations belonging to other clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Technical Disruption: While we strive for 100% uptime, GLAM Destin is not responsible for text message delivery failures, email delays, or web interface disruptions caused by telecommunication networks, API third parties, or internet outages.
• Property Access: Automated lock codes and check-in instructions provided through this portal are for convenience. GLAM Destin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from temporary lock failures or delayed property entries. In the event of an access failure, guests should immediately call our customer support line at (850) 553-0504.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design assets, software interfaces, and logos within this portal are the intellectual property of GLAM Destin, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be filed in the courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date.
